Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you order! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of purchase, excluding the following:
  • Paper goods (posters of all sizes, notecards, and postcards)
  • Clearance items

To start a return or exchange, just send us an email at store@mofga.org with your order number and whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange. Once your return is approved, you'll have 30 days to send it back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Be sure to contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process!
If we made a mistake with your order or if your item arrived damaged, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.  We'll provide a pre-paid return label and make things right as quickly as we can.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We’re not able to offer refunds via cash or check.
Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order before your order has shipped by request via email (store@mofga.org) or phone (207-568-6026). You will know if your order has been shipped if you have received an email confirmation with tracking information. We usually ship on Wednesdays.
