Return Policy
In cases where an error is made by MOFGA store fulfillment we'll send a pre-paid shipping label for returning incorrect or damaged goods. For exchanges or returns for credit, the customer is responsible for mailing the items to MOFGA at PO Box 170 Unity, ME 04988. A note should be included indicating the items to receive on exchange or if a refund is desired. Refunds will be credited to the account from which the initial payment was made. No cash or check refunds will be issued. In these instances, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping to return the item as well as receive the new exchanged product(s).
