Return Policy

In cases where an error is made by MOFGA store fulfillment, we will send a pre-paid shipping label for returning incorrect or damaged goods. The customer should mail items for exchange or returns to:

Please include a note indicating if a refund is desired, or which items you would like in exchange. Please note, refunds will be credited to the account from which the initial payment was made. No cash or check refunds will be issued.

In cases where the customer desires to return or exchange an item, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping for both return and receipt of exchanged items.
